PARADE TERMS:

  • Registration & entry fees due by August 3, 2022. Late registrations will be charged a $20 late fee. No refunds.
  • Assembly area opens at 8am (Check-in will be announced). Only vehicles participating in the parade will have access to that parking lot.
  • Check in from 9:00 – 10:00am with line up by 10:30am.
  • There will be no changes to the final line-up except those made by Parade staff.
  • Write full description of entry for use by the announcer during the Parade on form below.
  • Pick-up following Parade on 132nd Ave NE.
  • All entries with animals will provide and use pooper-scoopers. Staff may remove entry(ies) who do not abide by this requirement. All pets must be on leashes.
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages by drivers or any participants before or during the Parade is strictly forbidden.
  • Autos and large vehicles must be driven by a licensed driver. Small vehicles (mini-bikes, small tractors, go-carts, etc.) must be operated by a person age 12 or older. Helmets are required for those on wheels.
  • Parade participants are not permitted to leave vehicles to demonstrate in any street or to stop or slow the forward movement of the Parade in any way.
  • Throwing items such as gifts or candy during the parade is prohibited.
  • When disbanding in the parking lot as directed by the parade officials, units shall not block the flow of traffic for participants behind.
  • Parade Officials will direct the disbanding.
  • Please provide your own banner(s) with your group’s name that will go in front of your line, float, or on the sides of your vehicle.
  • Exceptions to the rules may be made only with the approval of the Parade Officials.
