Artist Booth Application and Term

Registration not complete until payment is received

  • Up to 15 Artist booths are located inside the Wine Garden. Additional spaces are inside Wilmot Gateway Park. There is no vehicle access.
  • All applicants will be contacted via email/phone with confirmation.
  • Canopy rental is available for an additional fee of $150.00

Conditions/requirements:

  • All spaces are 10’ X 10’.
  • Spaces will be pre-assigned by the event coordinator.
  • All exhibitors will need to staff their booth at all times. Please do not leave your booth unattended.
  • Only vertical leg canopies are allowed. Canopies must be anchored at each corner with a 25 lb. weight, no exceptions.
  • Canopy cover must be labeled 100 percent polyester or flame retardant.
  • No smoking is allowed at any time in tent structures.
  • No water or power will be available. Generators may be used if approved in advance and must be quiet inverter style.
  • Set up time will be provided at a later date. Vendors will not be allowed to break down and leave until 5 PM.

Member of BOTH Woodinville Chamber and Arts Alliance – $100.00

Additional Rental:

10×10 Canopy Rental – $150.00
